Marwell Zoo trip

Yesterday ( 20.3.14) we, Green class, went to Marwell Zoo. It was magnificent. First we saw the penguins. They are so fast at swimming. One penguin came up to us. The Tapirs and Capybara are amazing. The Tapirs have noses that are like the trunk of an elephant! We also saw a Flamingo’s egg.

After a walk, we were very lucky, the Cheetah came to see us. We were lucky with the rest of the big cats because we saw them all, the Leopards, Tigers and Snow Leopards.

When we had looked at most of the animals, we went to do an adaptation workshop. We saw Tiger, a Leopard Gecko and Colin a hissing Cockcroach. We saw dead animals and skin from big cats. Then we saw the last of the animals.

Marwell Zoo was amazing.
